I'm a really creative person and sometimes I have crazy experiences and then I become unsure as to which reality is real. Is this normal? :s
Well make sure you're getting enough sleep and eating well. Lack of sleep and or food that do some weird things to the brain.
I don't know enough about your weird experiences to form much of an opinion as to whether or not you should seek professional help. Either way I would suggest channeling your experiences into artistic expression and creative writing.
yes, thanks, that was it. I didn't realize how much a poor diet, isolating yourself and overindulging in the internet could affect your mood and perception of things.
I have not slept in about 28 hours. i'm quitting smoking and the anxiety wont let me sleep. I still can't sleep to this very moment although I will try again very soon.
no magical beings have appeared to make me question reality. at least not yet. actually i'd be willing to stay up a bit longer if they were promised to come.
Understandable. I used to have problems falling and staying asleep but now with my sleep apnea I tend to have problems of the opposite extreme. Either way magical beings would spice things up but I recognize their none existence despite my almost pathological boredom.
sounds like you should be taking drugs. I keep my head firmly planted on my shoulders and that's a survival instinct of mine.
playing pretend all day long will get you no respect and everyone will think you are a total moron. some dude was telling me how cancer is only possible with a cancerous attitude. (i'll go tell my grandfather that later.) mind over matter bullshit. NO life will hit you in the balls man if you live like that and get robbed or stabbed you can't pretend your way out of that I promise you. I learned to grow out of the pretend bullshit at a young age because I was getting my ass kicked a lot.
thing is i'm taking no meds and I KNOW i'm fucked up. you're living in a dream world and wondering if you're messed up? well the fact is we're all a little messed up but you might just be more dumb than damaged.

I sometimes feel like my imagine has become more of a curse than a gift. I understand completely. I don't want to know what happened but it is important to have a clear head on what is real and what is imagined.
