I've been cutting lately, and I know it's bad and I try to stop, but every time I do it, the moment the cut is done I feel a small wave of happiness and slight arousal. I mean after the wave the pain kicks in, but at that point I already just feel happy and aroused enough to rub one out. Is that normal?
Don't be stupid... One day you'll have scars you can't hide and be embarrassed everytime someone sees it.
You need therapy, cutting over years can lead to early death from infections, anthem there is the scars. When someone asks what happened then you try to or not to explain. Just seek help for your own good.

Cutting, like any pain, causes the body to release endorphins which create a feeling of being high. So what you experience is a normal physiological response, and it explains why self-mutilation can be addictive. You'd be wise to think about why you feel the need to self-medicate with pain.

It sounds like you enjoy the adrenaline, try skydiving sometime... Unless you're like me and love blood lol.

I feel the same way. I wouldn’t say it’s normal, but hey, it’s just another thing that makes us different from everyone else!
