Is it normal to feel a tingling sensation while sharing an item?
Whenever I share things, I get this feeling like I'm getting a massage. It only happens when I have school supplies like scissors. Is this normal!

Yep, I get it too. There are a couple of other stories about it on here, it's usually related to someone being kind or helpful.
I started a Facebook group for this exact sensation - it's called 'Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response Group'. AKA ASMR - we've split the sensations into two groups in discussion: type A is a controlled experience (one you can illicit without outside influence), and type B is triggered externally (seeing, hearing, feeling something that causes it without you intending it to happen). There are a lot of us out there! Join up, add your experiences, get support from others who 'get it', for once, and help us compile stats as we work to build a case for clinical research. Don't be alone, and don't let people tell you you're weird, crazy, lice-infested, on drugs, overly-imaginative, having seizures, etc.! It's quantifiable, shared amongst many of us, and something worth enjoying for what it is. :)
I know exactly what you're talking about. I feel a tingle sensation on the top of my head and it only happens if someone is writing something down for me or playing with my hair
Wow! I honestly thought it was just me, it's like a nice tingle kind of like when someone gives you a head massage. I've had it for as long as I can remember and have never been able to explain it to other people. You are not alone, I also have the share tingle!!
