Is it normal to feel...smarter than everyone else, in a way?

Im not convince. A smart person would never use that many question marks.

Most folks in the US believe that they have "above average" intelligence.

However, most folks in the US are not.

This has to be a troll post though. I don't believe that a person of even average intelligence would use the word "stupider" while claiming that they feel smarter than everyone else.

Well I know I'm awesome so I probably shouldn't even go down to your intelligence but do you really think the word "stupider" exists?

When you've met all the world's seven billion people and found yourself smarter than every single one of them, then you can proclaim yourself smarter than everyone else. You'de probably find the study of "emotional intelligence" interesting. It can be as important as the more common IQ measurement in predicting success in life.

I think I know what you mean. It's like you can sort of see people better and understand them in ways that most people don't. I personally believe it's normal to have a sort of superiority complex.

I think i can relate to you. I have this weird pride about myself (including intelligence) compared to others but at the same I have low self esteem

Intelligence and Understanding are two different things.
I am not the most intelligent person, by any stretch of the imagination. I do, however understand something that no other person understands.

We are all experts in different areas. Its normal

Honestly it is possible, I can read people really well and typically have an understanding of their personality and motives while others just take everything at face value and then get surprised when they do something "out of the ordinary" for that person. But the same people who can't read these things tend to also be the ones who when they're around five friends, text more than they talk...
