Is it normal to fear of the sun dying
I live in fear that the sun will explode or die and we will all die or be sucked into a black hole. Is this normal?

You can work out how long the sun's going to last by dividing how much energy it still has to emit by the speed it's doing it at. I won't bore you with the whole calculation but we've got about ten billion years left yet.
Try not to worry. We're only here for an eyeblink in astronomical terms. The chance of anything bad happening is virtually nothing.
We might even get two suns if Betelgeuse explodes into a supernova in the near future. Happiness will be running down your leg if that happens.
Last I read the sun's remaining life expectancy was about 5 billion years.
Don't worry about that though. It'll only take 3 billion years for the Andromeda galaxy to collide with the Milky Way (hint, that's us). Who knows how things'll go when that happens...
can you belive that i actually stressed about this for a year?
well... then i came to realise: MY GREAT, GREAT, GREAT, GREAT, GREAT (erm... many times on) GRANDKIDS'S kids will be long gone by then... besides, before then, we will be baked because the sun has to expand a lot, possibly completley enveloping venus and making mars a nicer place to live...
we're safe from the sun. solar flares may happen and freak-tan everyone on the continent... but nothing too extreeme
As soon as the first sign of sun exploding we will all be dead in under 1second
Nahh, won't happen. I'm a Christian and believe the Bible. It says as long as God allows the world to continue, life will go on as usual.
Hey, man, listen. You will have a great life, and not even think about the sun dying in your lifetime. Please, i used to be like you, and i just forget about it over time, and you will too. You have another 1 Billion years left at least until the sun dies.
Don't worry it a long ways off and if it does happen can you say your happy with the life you lived? That's what you should focuse on
This won't happen, but if it would happen, you wouldn't notice it. We'd all die so quickly that it wouldn't matter anyway and BAM humans are no more.
So yeah, why worry about it?
Also, did you know that the sun loses 4 billion kilograms of mass per second?
No need to worry friend, i doubt there will be humans around when the sun finally runs out of fuel and turns into a red giant which will swallow our planet.
It will happen eventually, but not in our lifetime. I think that humanity will probably be gone by then anyways.
The world is going to come to an end somehow. I've just learned to deal with it. I doubt it will happen in our lifetime.
