Is it normal to fart in bed then put the sheets over my girlfriends head?

I like to make great big farts and then if it's night time put the sheets over her head and pretend I'm asleep, so she wakes up to my stinky fart. Alternatively if it's in the daytime sometimes I hold her under there and let rip a fat one, is this normal? I think it's really funny, she does not.
