Is it normal to fall in love with your first cousin?

at age 18 I was kicked out of my parents house for missing a payment on rent my mom was charging me. in desperation, I moved in with my cousin who I never was really close to or even seen that often growing up. I actually never really considered us as family. the family I am referring to I was adopted into as a small child. shortly after moving in with my cousin I had introduced him to weed. so one night we smoked some killa. and we were high as hell. and i get extremely horny when I smoke. we ended up having sex. we have been together for 4 years now. not blood related at all. some family member have actually disowned me for the relationship. he is my soulmate. he makes me feel so special, beautiful, and loved. even after 4 years we are going strong. I could careless what my family has to say about it. we want to get married and start a family of our own. is this normal?
