Is it normal to fall for your bff's sibling?

I think I'm in love with my ex-bff's sister. I met her 4 years ago and, I don't want to sound cheesy, but I think it was love at first sight, for me anyway. I have thought about her everyday for the past 4 years.
I'm still friends with my ex-bff, we're just not as close as we used to be, and I think it's because she didn't like the way I was always defending her sis, and always looking out for her. She's only like 4 months younger than me, so it's not like I'm a perv, but I see the sister nearly everyday because we're on the same hockey team, and it gets harder and harder to hide my feelings for her. What do you think I should do?

You don't love her, so move on 4
I really do love her, and should tell her? 20
I really do love her, but don't tell her in case I hurt our friendship 2
Continue trying to hide how I feel in a hope the feelings go away? 2
Is it just a crush that doesn't go away because I see her so much? 6

I have fallen for a best friend's brother, and I think it's normal. If there's one thing I have learned about feelings and relationships is that there is no chance unless you take one. There's nothing worse than the feeling of not knowing what could have happened if you had just let them know how you felt. You should tell her.

That's really good advice, but, I'm just freakin out because, if I tell her how I feel, and she rejects me(very likely) then it wouldn't just make things awkward between us, but between the whole hockey team, right?
