So me and my sister were walking home from a pub and this guy wanted to fight me, so me and my sister started running but he caught my sister and like a pussy I kept running thinking there's no way he's gonna beat a female... but like a half hour later my sister came home beat up and bloody. I feel so ashamed about running away I just want to leave and not show my face anymore.

    no wonder you feel so badly. next time the inner voice speaks , listen to it. it wasnt saying leave you sister behind to get blood spilled it was saying get the fuck away. you have to explain this to your sister , you also have to assure her next time you wont be running away and leaving her.
