Is it normal to exhibit strong sex desire as well as religiosity?

I am in a strange state of mind. Sometimes I strongly feel sex urge, stay nude with wife, discuss sex a lot with her, watch porno and read such stuff. Another time I turn to religion and leave all such activities, except having sex with wife. I don't know why is it so. Need your views.

    No. no one else in the world has ever had strong sexual desire. Most people don't get sexual urges or even know what sex is. This is the first time i am hearing about this sex now and i am 80 years old

    God gave you your sexual desires, but don't misuse them. Don't think of the virtue of chastity as a laundry list of "thou shalt nots" but a big "yes" to God and to your wife.

    Treat your wife as the only woman who deserves your sexual attention. That's what love is.

    Read the Song of Songs, or may I suggest Pope John Paul II's Theology of the Body writings? I hope and pray this helps.
