Is it normal to even the pain?
My problem is that if I, lets say, bash my hand of something likes banisters on a stair I would have to even out the pain on my other hand by purposefully hitting it off the banister. Or if one hand is under running water and is really cold I have to do the same with the other or if it's burning hot water. This mainly happens with my hands but also with my feet if I drop something on one foot I'd have to drop it on the other to even it out because it irritates me to have one feel like that and not the other.
