Is it normal to enjoy the smell of gasoline?

I don't actually inhale it. When I go to the gas station, the scent is there and I enjoy the smell. I take my time swiping my card and pumping the gas so I can enjoy the scent for as long as possible. Is this normal?

    I love the smell of gas and diesel as well. Also old machinery with the smell of oil mixed in!

      Why do they have one nostril larger than the other?

      One for super and one for unleaded.

    I would always stand by my mom as a kid and smell as much of it as I can. It smells so good!!!!!!

    I love the smell too . I also love the smell of burning rubber, Gasoline, hot medel and a good reved Engine Such a wonderful atmosphere .

    it does smell good, unfortunately it kills off brain cells, so i have to work fast at the pump (i can't spare too many)

    YUMMY. The Mustang got a new exhaust a few months ago and it emits more fuel-smell than any car I've ever been in. It smells so great. <3

    My old Datsun had an electric fuel pump under the back seat and smelled like fuel and wet carpet, every time I get in a car that smells like that I fall back into that old romance.
