Is it normal to enjoy fear and pain in people who desperately deserve?

I realized, after watching American Horror Story and some personal events, that negative emotions are my power. I am not a big kid, but very intelligent for my grade. I enjoy some violence, but I get squeamish if I am causing too extreme pain/terror.

I don't understand what you mean exactly. Did the personal event simply evade you? Additionally, some powerful riots, such as the Central London riots, were pretty exciting for me.

Negative emotions aren't a power. They're a handicap. But, yes, it's normal to want to see someone pay for their crimes. There are even people who I would get a thrill out of seeing suffer.
