Is it normal to enjoy a mixture of margarita mix and water?

I do this all the time and it tastes very good. I like to fill the cup with water a bit more than half way, then add in liquid margarita mix, the green kind. The margarita mix is obviously meant to be mixed with tequila and other alcoholic beverages to create a margerita but the margarita mix mixed with water tastes so good! It tastes like limeade! Is this normal?
