I'm a guy and everytime i masturbate, i ejaculate really early sometimes in less than 60 sec. I have never had sex and am 17 but im too scared that when im with a girl, ill cum to early for her to be happy. Its ruining my sex life and i hate this premature ejac. crap. is there anything i can do to stop from cuming early?

    there are techniques you can use when masturbating to delay your ejaculation and build up stamina so you'll be able to last longer with a woman, google it.

    Try starting and stopping for a few seconds when you piss. It strengthens muscles n that kinda stuff

    Do what you always do just pretend there is a woman there and hold off a little more each time, you can add minutes this way before you know...
