Is it normal to eat toothpaste

it was about 5 years ago when i last vomited, ever since ive been reaaaly paranoid about vomiting, i dont drink and i dont eat chicken (biggest chance of food poisoning).
i was once told that mint helps when you feel sick and one day when i felt sick i put some toothpaste in my mouth now i dont technically EAT it i just put it in my mouth, and it makes me feel better!, and now its become a habit. is this normal?

No this is not normal and could damage your health. There is a reason why they tell you on the tube not to swallow toothpaste.

I want you to look up on Google what fluoride is and why it is such a health risk. Also YouTube has a few great videos on it as well.

As soon as you educated yourself on the matter you wont want to eat toothpaste again.

If you don't actually ingest the toothpaste then it's no harm. But if it get's into your digestive tract then it could create a problem. Try eating actual mint leaves or buy mints.

Chemically it's dangerous to consume the flouride. That's why there are poison warnings on it.

Toothpaste is actually really bad for you - so putting it in your mouth even more than brushing your teeth is a bad idea.
