Is it normal to eat one big meal a day?

I don't eat during the day. Then by dinner time I'm really hungry so I eat a big meal and usually fall asleep afterwards.

is it normal to just eat the one big meal a day?

    Did you just watch Metalacolypse?

Anyways, this is really not healthy. You're body is likely to pretty much hold all of that food in since you're depleting it of nutrients throughout the day. If you want to lose weight, try eating small meals throughout the day. And of course exercising.

I prefer eating 2 meals a day. 3 meals tends to make me feel terrible.

It would take an entire essay to explain the pros and cons of a diet like this.

That's a good way to mess up your metabolism.

Your body processes food at a constant rate and also has food go through at a constant rate. Your meal exits your body fast, and you will be unable to collect nutrients from a too small of time period for digestion.

The future is one small meal a day. It's also the past. Humans are programmed to "sometimes" eat a small meal. By eating McDonalds or KFC every day, we die at a young age.
