Is it normal to eat my biggest meal at lunch

My diet consists of usally only eating lunch (one meal a day.) if I do eat during dinner; it's early and it's usally quite small but for the most part lunch fills me up for the entire day where I skip dinner. NOTE: I love carbs.

Does anyone else do this? And is it healthy?

How many calories you need depends on your weight. If I ate 2000 calories a day I wouldn't fit into my chair...

It is not healthy, your body needs the amount of carbs, sodium, protein, etc. Your suppose to consume 2500 calories a day bt you can cut 500 from
That a day bt anything less than that is unhealthy. You should split your meals, eat very small meals throughout your day.
