Is it normal to eat in sleep?

I always wake up in the middle of the night super hungry. Like I haven't eaten in days. So I'll eat some cheese its or something. Is this normal?

Milk products are known for making people sleepy.

Have you considered drinking a glass of milk before you go to bed?

its similar to sleep walking and can ultimately result in diabetes, (after many years and with caffiene) its not good to eat heavily and then sleep. It can also result in unusual and powerful dreams.

I know, same here. I think it's normal. It's the longest stretch of the day to go without any food so of course it's natural to be hungry.
