Is it normal to eat anchovies straight out of the can?
Yes, I'm talking about the small, super salty fish that people sometimes put on pizza. For some reason I love the taste and will pound down a can of them with no hesitation at all. I try to limit myself to around 3 cans a week because of their salt content, but I could easily eat a can or two a day if health wasn't a concern. Is this normal?
