Is it normal to eat a watermelon with a spoon?

Obviously most people cut their good old watermelon into slices, but whenever I get hold of a watermelon, I just cut it in half and eat it with a spoon, spooning my way through it. not only it is kinda satisfying, it is easy. Do any of yall eat their watermelon with thy spoon? I've certainly seen that one old feller eating a watermelon using a spoon with his "clone" on youtube (very entertaining video I have to admit, you should watch it if you still haven't), I know people do it but just how many?

    Honestly the best way to eat a watermelon is to grill it. A renown New York chef shared his recipe much to people's satisfaction. Well worth it, you should try it 😉

    what! who votes not normal on this??? This is the IDEAL way to eat a watermelon if you don't have to share. only plebians cut up watermelon just for themselves to eat

    I usually cut mine up, put the pieces in a bowl, and eat 'em with a fork. How lame is that?
