Is it normal to dump me because of a picture?

About 6 months ago, I met a guy who I really liked and liked me too. The probably is that he lives two states away from me, so we aren't exactly in a relationship. But, we tell each other we love each other and text a lot. When we Skype, we usually end up doing sexual things. He was talking about how he hadn't seen my "private area" even though I thought I'd shown him. So, to surprise him I decided to send a picture of it to him. It ended up actually sending sometime around 9 pm, and he had school the next day. He looked at it and then ended up not really reacting at all even though he was fine before. The conversation turned out to be really awkward after that and then he went to bed five minutes later. Now, I don't like to shave my private area but he does shave his because he's vain and has asked me too before, but I told him no. When he saw it, I think that he may have reacted badly to it, although I'm not sure. I'm now afraid that he'll end up not wanting to be with me even though we've made plans to meet up and maybe be together. I'm just wondering if this is normal for a guy to end up "breaking up" I guess with a girl because she doesn't shave.

    What a piece of shit. He was obviously only interested in you in a sexual way, otherwise he wouldn't react like that to something so stupid. You're better off without.
