Is it normal to drive the car off just as his wife is about to get in?
My sister's husband several times drove off just as my sister was getting in the car. When his attention was called,he would say nothing, not even apologies

Well its his car and if that what he does she can get her own or take the bus.....
I wonder if any of you have ever spoken to anyone who "accidentally" drove over the foot of a loved one while "playing" this "game" (with a two-ton, explosion-powered metal battering ram).
Most people don't give half a shit about anyone they claim to care about, do they.
hahah these people are right i'm pretty sure cavemen began doing this as soon as the wheel was invented
That prank is as old as the crust on your granny's panties. Chill the hell out..he's goofing.
If it's for the lulz why not. I've done this trick once on my girlfriend. She did not like it, but it was funny. She opens the door and I drive off and stop. She tries to open the door and I drive off again XD
She has done this trick (or tried to do it) on me, but she failed. I grabbed the side of the car and got in XD Mwahahah!
He sounds like an asshole if your sister didn't find it funny the first time and he's still doing it all the time then he's a jerk
That isn't possible if one was taught proper manners. The rule is--and was before cars even existed--that a man holds any door open for a woman, even a complete stranger, until she's safely through. He doesn't have that much respect for his own wife? That tells me a lot about him and about the state of the marriage, none of it good.
haha i do it to my hubby and then he gets me back and does it. its just a silly game people play. when you get your own car and you get the opportunity to do it to someone, you will understand.
