Is it normal to drive in silence

Sometimes when I'm driving to work, 20 minutes away, I drive in silence. No music, no radio, nothing. I just think to myself about things and events. IIN?

Normal. In the work vehicles I never turn the radio on. I do listen to music (pretty loud, usually) in my own car.

Don't worry about normal. Sounds very healthy to me, and normal is not equal to healthy. That you are able to be alone with yourself tells me that you're probably happy and accepting of who you are. Blasting the radio, talking on the phone, constant busy-ness is what people do who can't be alone with themselves and their own thoughts. Again, forget normal and be grateful. Many Blessings
