Is it normal to drink water out of a cup with a fork

Well me and my friends were at a water park. We had water and forks (idk why we had forks I think we were throwing them at eachother). Then some cops walked by and my friend jokingly said "Every body just act natural." So I just started trying to eat the water with a fork and ever since then I drink or eat water that way. Anyone else out there?
