Is it normal to drink protien shakes all the time?
I have this thing, where I drink protien shakes ALL THE TIME! I love the taste of it sliding down my throat, and I know its helping me out in the long run, so is this normal???

My mom is on a protein shake diet. It's not healthy, but she lost 19 pounds in 3 weeks.
They are good but can do serious damage to your kidney and other parts of your body due to the over load of protein
I know someone who had too much protien shakes and he ended up with kidney stones. Not fun!
Don't over exceed if you don't workout cuz such proteins will pill up over your kidney and liver causing horrible diseases

They're good but they're basically fast food. Eat real meat when you can, it's more nutritious. Protein shakes are something that should be reserved for time limited situations rather than as a meal substitute.
you should only drink them when your body needs protein, ie after your work out, if you just drink them all the time your body will store the protein as fat so only drink them after work outs so the muscles will repair quicker, also you shouldnt use them to replace protein foods, more to suplement them and make them more effective, hense the term, supplement (used to describe protein shakes, pills, bars or hmb)
Ya I love them 2 it's just it won't really help ur body unless your exercising or lifting weights also.
