Is it normal to drink at least 20 litres of water a day?
I get up at about 5:30 am. and then while I'm getting ready for school I might drink two litres out of my litre drink bottle. And then on the walk to school I'll drink another litre. During my first three classes I drink 1/2 litres, at break I drink 1 litre and then another litre during my next two classes. For lunch I drink 2 litres and then during my last class another litre. The walk home takes 1 litre and then from the time I get home to when I have dinner I could drink from 4-8 litres. After dinner I practically scull 2 litres. And then I drink about 3 litres before bed, around 11-12.
On average I'm drinking 22 litres of water a day. For no apparent reason apart from the fact that I'm ALWAYS thirsty. Once I forgot my water bottle in a rush to school one morning and ended up fainting from dehydration. Is this normal?
