Recommended quantity is 2.5 litres a day staggered throughout the day.
A gallon = 4.5 litres. I'd guess that you drink a lot more than the average person, therefore not normal. Not necessarily bad for you - it's pretty hard to drink so much that you harm yourself, especially if you have healthy kidneys and regular toilet breaks.
A gallon...fine. But I have heard of people who have died from drinking too much water in a day. I would be careful not to go overboard, but it is good to drink water.
No, that amount of liquid puts too much strain on your kidneys. It might also be a sign of illness, if your body is so dehydrated that you to drink so much.
Everything about nature is the right amount is whats the best... a gallon is too much unless you are sweating like a pig...it will start to remove minerals....
You're supposed to drink a gallon a day... to support healthy kidneys. You may urinate more to start with when beginning a regiment like this, but your body will adjust. Hope to have been of some assistance.
