Is it normal to dream you have to pee and then wet your bed?

This is actually somewhat common, I hear stories all the time about how someone was dreaming of peeing or even of water then woke up wet.

In your case I wonder if you wore diapers first, or because of the wetting. Assuming you were wearing diapers first, and you have worn then for some time, it is completely normal to wet in your sleep. For me I find that if I have been wearing diapers o bed for a while then I stop, I will still wake up wetting the bed. Then I end up having to be in a diaper for sleep which makes the problem worse.

For me it is truly a vicious cycle, although I do not mind too much. I would rather sleep in a diaper (possibly wet) than to be in a soaking wet bed and then face the humiliation of wetting the bed. It is far easier to hide diapers than to hide a wet bed.

My advice to you, stay diapered at night unless you can find a way to retrain/condition yourself to not wet in your sleep.

Thanks for your nice note. No I wasn't diapered for the first several wettings. Now I either catheterize myself or wear a diaper to sleep in. I think because of excessive urethral masturbation, wearing the catheter (Fr#30) which is HUGE, and wearing diapers for fun, I am truly becoming incontinent. I'm sure if I concentrated on becoming totally continent again, I could. Pilates is great for strengthening the pelvic floor. I just love the feel of wetting myself or a bed, whatever, and I can't help it. There are certainly times where I wouldn't want to wet though, like when I spend the night at my girlfriend's house!

This week I had two 'accidents' in public. I was in the grocery store parking lot and I thought I'd use their restroom. The minute I got out of the car, I just started peeing and could not stop. There was someone getting in their car right next to me who saw and heard it splashing on the pavement! I quickly got back in my car and drove home, and wet myself the whole way! Thank god I have leather seats. Actually, I've wet in my car on several ocaisions, not purposely though.

Yesterday I was shopping and suddenly had to go, it was urgent! I was in line to purchase something and thought I could wait, but I started peeing right there in line. Finally I left the store and it was virtually spraying out of my pants, running down my leg, in my socks, in my shoes! Yummy! I didn't have a pad or diaper on, I was soaked! Once I wet myself in the grocery store and couldn't stop. No one was in that aisle, thankfully, but after I finished and was in a different part of the store, I heard "wet cleanup aisle..."!

That exacly what it happen to me. Now I love the warm feeling of pee soaking my mattress.

I am 19 and I have these dreams all the time. I don't mind the warm feeling, and usually just let it go if I wake up. x3
