Is it normal to dream that your ex still loves you?

I know it sounds really really immature/possessive but here goes. So I began going out with "Bruno" (let's call him that) early this summer. I had my first kiss with him... and a lot of other firsts. Then we broke up around mid-September. I rarely think about him now, but I still miss him just a tiny bit even though I know he isn't successful or a good person.

Sometimes at night though I still dream about him. The most recent one was last night where I dreamed he confessed he has thought about me everyday and missed me and called me the most beautiful person he'd ever met, and then he told me he loved me all this time. Is it normal to keep dreaming about him this long?

    I have very beautiful dreams about my first love for whom I still ache greatly over. I wake up with tears streaming down my face and then my whole day is ruined. It doesn't seem like your dreams cause this for you, however. It's normal to dream this. It might be a desire for you. Or you're just really sad it didn't work out. A lost love is never a happy thing, and it is not easily forgotten.

    A long time ago i had a dream i was trying saving my ex from getting trapped inside a volcano, but i couldnt reach her and she slowly slid away. I was in love with her, so that dream was painful, four months after the dream, we were forced to be apart. Couldn't see her for six to 9 months at a time. Until it wasn't even a real relationship. It was as if she slid out my finger tips.
    Funny huh?

    Never dreamt about any of my exes. Ever. Actually I do not have any precise Idea of what i dream about. Lately I dreamt about something involving a shower and an old chinese guy.

    I dream of my exes as well. Separately. Sometimes I get sad, sometimes I hate myself because it means deep in my mind, I still think about them.
