i wish i could forget some of my dreams. i had a horrible nightmare last night and woke up in a really bad sweat and crying. i didnt want to go to sleep afterwards and i was too scared to go to the toilet by myself so i woke up my husband and turned on all the lights in the house until i got back into bed. took me ages to finally fall asleep and i am lucky that my husband is understanding, he just kept trying to reassure me that it was just a dream and that i am safe.

If u really yearn to remember and understand your dreams, iys possible. although it takes relaxation, meditation and focusing on your inner self. get rid of distractions, tv, use ur imagination, and tell urself what u want to achieve and believe it.

All people dream every night. Most forget it. Most people don't even remember remembering it.

Yep, completely normal. Once you get up and start doing things, your mind forgets mostly all about it. If you want to remember them, for whatever reason; what you could do is, keep a journal next to your bed and write it down immediately once you wake up. It was an assignment that we had to do in a high school class I took and it turned out to be pretty cool.
