I lived in our old house in Dubai, united Arab emirates where I was born, I lived there for 20 years, now I’m in Canada, when I dream and I’m in a house, inside the dream, it has to be our old house..i never dream about this house here in Canada not once, I’ve been here for like 5 years, i always dream of our old house, is this normal?
I lived in my first house until I was a teenager and I really didn't want to move when we did. I like our new home now but I have the same thing, I always dream about my old house. I think its because when I think of the concept of a home that house represents it for me.
Adjusting to a new setting can be tough. When I moved a while ago I dreamed about my old pad and how much better I loved it there. However, as humans we have to adapt to change. Accept the fact that this is your new life, here you can recreate yourself into whatever image you want. If you don't find comfort in this new environment then why not move back?
Normal. I've been in my new house for 5 years in May and I think I've only had one dream that took place in my new house. And it was even my house exactly, it was similar to it.
That's where you grew up, it has a place in your heart :}.
I use to have my own apartment for 2 years then I moved back to my parents house and use to dream about my apartment all the time
