Is it normal to dream about work?

When I was a waiter, I used to have dreams about getting behind on tables and being "in the weeds." I just dismissed it as me being stressed out about waiting tables. Which is, by the way, hella stressful.

Now I work at a web marketing company full-time and my stress level is average, but I'll have dreams every now and then about my job. Sometimes it's about the people I work with, and sometimes it's about really nerdy shit. Like fixing the coding for my websites, and being on Google Analytics tracking my website traffic.

It only happens about once a week, but is this normal? Or do I just need a girlfriend in my life? lol

    Totally normal, happens to me all the time. A little tang might still do you some good, but nobody NEEDS a girlfriend that is drastic. I used to have really vivid dreams when I was a kid about going to school. They were really lucid and vivid. So much in fact I would wake up and be really bummed because I just went through a full daybif school in my dream and then I would actually have to go thru a full day of school in reality. High School anxiety.

    Happens to me all the time. Lately, it is all I have been dreaming about. You're fine! Nothing to worry about.
