I had a dream once of a horse sized wolf coming to my old house... For some reason there was a kid there and the wolf came and grabbed the kid and ran with him like he was food or something...btw the wolf had red eyes
I have dreams about wolves too. except in my dreams i always try to coax them to come near me so i can pet them. and NO i don't watch/read twilight so that isn't an excuse.
Remember what they say: "When the wolves come out of the walls... it's all over."
=)
i dreamt of a wolf once it darted on top a huge pile of twigs and stood like a sentry looking, it looked white like in a freeze frame of flashlight then it sprinted away into the night
As a child I had a reoccurring dream about wolves as well...never thought much about it.
I dont dream. I relive waking memories of past lives and of parallel multiverse existences.
You could try keeping a dream journal and then you might be able to figure out exactly how frequently wolves are appearing in your dream.
To see a wolf in your dream, symbolizes survival, beauty, solitude, mystery, self-confidence and pride. You are able to keep your composure in a variety of social circumstances and blend into any situation with ease and grace. You are also a loner by choice. Negatively, the wolf represents hostility, aggression, or sneakiness. It may reflect an uncontrollable situation or an all-consuming force in your life. This could point to an obsession, an addiction or something that is beyond your control.
To see a white wolf in your dream, signifies valor and victory. You have the ability to see the light even in your darkest hours.
To dream that you kill a wolf, indicates betrayal. Certain secrets will be revealed to you.
To hear a wolf howling in your dream, represents a cry for help from somebody in your waking life.
yeah, these one side fits all don't stand right with me either. People have too many differences for it to work that way in my opinion. And then there's all these books that say different things about the same dreams so which is right?
That's interesting, but I never believe that there's a one-size-fits-all explanation for symbols in dreams. If someone is really afraid of wolves, it would mean something different to them, than for someone who thinks they're beautiful and majestic. I think how you felt in the dream tends to tell you more about it than something you saw.
