Is it normal to dream about sick when you have emetophobia?

I'm not an expert or anything, but I think so, yes.
You're certainly not the only person with emetophobia to have such dreams. I've found people with emetophobia discussing having dreams about themselves or others being sick with varying frequency.* Some find the dreams distressing, and some don't. In general, my understanding is that it's fairly normal for someone with a phobia to have dreams (even very frequent dreams) about the phobia. From what I've read, it seems that it's also common for people with emetophobia to have difficulty sleeping, but I'm not clear on whether that's related to dreams.
I'm afraid I don't have emetophobia myself, nor have I been diagnosed with any other specific phobia, so I can't really speak from experience. I do have a condition that involves an obsessive and crippling fear of gaining weight, but I don't know how similar that is. That said, I have frequent nightmares about weight gain. At this point in my life, they're not as frequent as your dreams, but they've been that frequent in the past.
I really hope that helps. I'm sorry you're dealing with such a difficult condition, and I wish you the best.
*Here they are, if you'd like to see. Warning, some of the discussions may be triggering.
