I am recently dreaming about my dog who passed away about a year ago. The dreams are pleasent. I also have dreams of past hamsters I have owned a long time ago. I have these a few times a year.
it is normal, and it sucks. my dog passed away in 2008 and i loved her to death. every once and a while, i'll have a dream that she is still alive.

Well I personally dont think there is anything waiting for us after life in terms of heaven or hell, but if there is send me to where all the dogs went. I would wana be there far more then anywhere else.
YES! it's normal, you miss them so thats a way you remember them. or there's always that thought that maybe they're trying to contact youu. my dog died in 2010, she had cancer. and i was devastated, but to this day. whenever i'm home alone i sometimes think i see her laying on the couch, where she always was.
I've had dreams about former pets before. It's always sad to wake up and realize that it was all a dream.
Aw, that's kinda sad. I haven't dreamed about my old pets in a long time but I'll always remember them. Your pets and my pets are safe in pet heaven. You sound like an animal person; ever thought about getting more, or do you currently have any?
I hope these animals are waiting for us when we face death. If I'm ever ill, I always think one of my dogs from 15 years ago is on the floor beside my bed. Dunno why!
