Is it normal to do this to my best friend?

My best friend is in love with one guy, but he told her he isn't interested in her. She cryed night and days but is still in love with him. Not long ago I figured out why she was in love with him, and I find him really attractive, cute, awesome and nice. I have a big crush on him, but I want to tell it that to my friend, and I'm really scared that it might ruin our friendship and hurt her a lot. Should I tell her or not? Cuz it seems that he's really into me as well, and I want to tell her because maybe we wind up together.

    well i was in that situation years ago....i ended up telling her she hated me...me and him got together anyway...and six months later he was bangin a chick i knew from work...guess i was no better then my ex best friend...i made a huge mistake and my guilt that i felt inside before hookin up with him was the feeling i should of went with not him...and maybe i would still have her n my life....now i dont have either of them...we get back what we give out n this world...if we hurt we r going to get it back in a double wammy....so leave her sloppy seconds alone...ur a better friend then that arent u...dont b like me...i was wrong and paid for it..

    That sounds like one of those situations where your choice will also be a choice for which is more important to you, the guy your your friend.
