It can mean any number of things. I think you might need to figure out if you've always been interested in women as well (which means you are bisexual), or it is merely a fantasy (for a lot of cases, fantasies are still fine to leave as fantasies and you don't need to act on them if they might ruin your life), or your sex life needs to be reinvigorated (this case, I'd communicate this towards your husband).
