Its cool your a teenager, social smoke fool, if it makes you sick dont go smoking 24/7. Btw, drinking and smoking can give you a worse hangover, and make it more likely you will be sick on a night out, the smell of certain cigarettes makes me gag when i get a hangover, i smoke, but only when i want to. The cigarettes dont tell me when i smoke, i tell it.

You'll grow out of the drinking as I myself did but the smoking is another story. I have been through trying to quit quite a few various addictions (i was a dumb kid.) and i can tell you now that nothing compared to how difficult it is to quit cigarettes.
You are sick all the time because smoking weakens your immune system. And since you started at a young age, your body cannot grow properly. You know that rumor that says smoking stunts your growth? It's very much true. It doesn't just stunt your height, but your developing organs too. It decreases the blood flow in your body, so naturally you're not getting all the nutrients you need.

Are you getting sick from the drinking? Or just sick in general? If you're getting sick in general then you must not be taking care of your health pretty well, and that's not good. It's fun to drink and party but if you lose your health you can kiss that and a lot of fun shit goodbye. I had to quit drinking for a year when I was having stomach problem. (GERD, not related to drinking. I think energy drinks are what actually gave me the ulcer)

Smoking.... difficult. I didn't start til I was 18 but now I wish I could quit, I'm gonna be giving it another shot really soon. It's hard. You pretty much have to avoid anything that makes you want to smoke, possibly for a long time. I quit for a month at my best point then I went to a rave and was surrounded by cigarettes and I just caved.

E cigs are a pretty great tool though, I wouldn't have lasted as long as I did if it werent for those.

As to whether or not it's normal I'd say it's pretty common but it's not good. Your body is still developing (hell technically so is mine) and doing a lot of unhealthy shit now will set you up for problems later. I fucked up my stomach all on my own drinking monster every day and I still pay for it quite often.

If you're asking if it's normal to have a tough time quitting smoking, then yes, it's normal. It's also something I wish I'd done when I was a lot younger so I could have saved a ton of money and felt better physically. It's really hard to stop, but it's always possible. Most of why you smoke isn't to enjoy cigarettes but to stave off the discomfort of withdrawal. Get past that and tough out the withdrawal, and you'll be free of an expensive and dangerous habit.

As for the drinking, having a few occasional drinks is normal as you approach adulthood; getting sick-drunk or blackout-drunk frequently is not normal at any age.
