This is one of those times, that the action and the reaction can be used subject to what one perceives as normal. Most people have a way of relieving stress, for one person it might be watching television for another it might be video games and for another exercise. The fact that you do push ups to the point that you collapse shows that you are trying to deal with stress in a way that is healthy but you are overdoing it. And the other question that you have to ask yourself is why are you pushing yourself to the point of exhaustion. What is it that is stressing you out so much and that you feel that you have to exhaust yourself totally to be coping with it?
100-200 pushups? Thats rlly good.
I also do pushups/chinups wen i need to releive the stress
But not 100 ;)
i do the same thing but with running. i once collapsed when i was 17. not proud of it(using a treadmil)
I guess it's an okay stress reliever but are you doing it for the pushups or the numb feeling? cos that might not be healthy. dunno tho, I don't know much about health stuffz
To me it just sounds like easy stress relief. Your arms must have quite the endurance too. Just watch out if you feel like passing out. You could cause a heart attack through the large amount of stress to your heart.
