So I have been dating my gf for almost 10 months and we have yet to have sex. We have done everything else except have sex, I have tries to initiate it but whenever I'm almost in she either says stop because it hurts or I just go soft after putting on the condom. WHAT'S GOING ON HERE???!!!

    Like I said we've done everything except actaul intercourse and yes she is a virgin but I don't think she's waiting until marriage

    Is she a virgin? She might be holding off, like possibly waiting until marriage. Don't rush... wait until the time is right, and it will be more special for both of you :)

    Sounds like a case of nerves on maybe both sides, to be honest.

    If she says it hurts, she's probably either tensing her muscles involuntarily (through fear for whatever reason) or isn't relaxed enough.

    And the going soft thing, maybe subconciously you know she may end up saying it hurts so that sort of dulls your desire before you even get to the doing it bit.

    Of course, I could be completely wrong but that's my viewpoint.
