    I'm 22 years old girl and do it too. So I think it quite normal. When I was younger I would sit on my little brother's face and fart on him in every morning lol. Some of them were really long, loud, massive and smelly one haha.

    Yeah, it's normal, because gas builds up in your body while you're sleeping, and it settles in your stomach because you don't move, so when you wake up and move...you get it.
