If I do someone a favor I find that something bad happens to me. For instance I helped a girl who's car had broken down then i got a flat tire on my way home. Lots of other occasions this happens. Does it happen to others?
You aren't being punished. These are just random occurrences that happen. While there technically is no such thing as luck perhaps, there's just something about you that attracts "bad things".

No but seriously, just because you do good deeds doesn't mean that bad things can't happen to you anymore.

You just got unlucky and drew a connection (that's not really there) between the two events.
Maybe it's the forces of evil of the world trying to make you think doing good will only result in bad things happening to you. Overcome it and keep being you.
Being superstitious will bring you bad luck.
Stop thinking of something bad after doing a favor, otherwise It is likely to happen.
