Is it normal to dislike your best friend ?

there's this girl we're friends since last year but we got so close , she's the type of girl thats really hyper and bubbly all the time and she is so kind but she always judges me for the little things i do and that really annoys me , and sometimes she'd ignore me while i am talking to her and it feels awkward :/ what shall i do ?

If you dislike her, wouldn't that make her not your best friend?

All humans have foibles that piss off other humans. Familiarity breeds contempt. Don't be unkind to her face. She'll grow out of some of the annoying habits. If she's your best friend, be loyal.

It's ok to have some time apart! Saying you dislike her is something else entirely.

I think you're confusing "best friend" with "person you hang out the most with". She's obviously not really your best friend. Just tell her to stop.

I have the same exsct problem. she annoys me but i don't want to not be friends with her. Sure she can be fun to be around but all she does is judge me or try to impress me. she brags about stupid things and lies all the time. she tells me im her bestfriend and everyone else that too but she doesn't even pay attention to me when her other friends are around. Is that anything like what your friend is like?

There's always something to dislike about your best friend, but that's something you shouldn't tell him/her. Don't want to ruin a good friendship.

I think you should tell her how you feel. Exactly how you feel.

Just explain to her that sometimes you feel kinda hurt when she picks at the small things you do, and that sometimes when she ignores you, it makes you feel awkward and you question the friendship.

Then you're not really her friend any more if you don't like her now.
