Is it normal to dislike babies

I have raised 4 kids, two boys and two girls and have watched them grow up and have children of their own. So when I started dating a new mother of the same age, she brought her newborn but premature baby over.
I have dealt with my kids, when they were sick, fussy, gassy, needed changing and were hungry. But this baby is just uber annoying. It started when it would wine in the middle of me and his mother talking. The baby wasn't sick, hungry, need changing, tired, nor gassy. Yet, without opening its mouth, started crying in a manner that was so loud and annoying, that it caused my neutered cat to make its baby like mating call.
Everytime the baby would whine like this, it was nothing wrong with the above category. He does this when his mother and I are even whispering and every time he does this, my cat makes the same mating call noise. Not even my cat lines the baby and it loves the babies of my sister, my previous two exes and my grandkids. But the cat stares at the baby for ten seconds and it hisses.
Is it normal to feel this way about the baby?
The baby has been tested there's nothing wrong with it and is starting to drive me to the point of breaking up with my girlfriend or making the baby go.
I have never felt that way towards anyone and to add, but when my sister saw the baby, she said on the first glare "that is one ugly son of a *****!"
