Is it normal to delete correct punctuation in text to seem less weird?

When messaging people who don't often use correct punctuation, I do the same (especially when talking to the opposite sex). I purposely go through my message before I send it to delete most punctuation that isn't completely necessary.

I would be proud of this as Gypsy said.
School (reading, writing, and maths) was very difficult for me.(still is but technology has made life easier)
But there is nothing to hide. You need confidence in yourself. Some of the worst people in the world have good confidence, so why cant better, good people have it? You deserve confidence.

Please don't do that. It may not be one of your goals, but you're missing out on passing along some of the information you have. Trust me, people pick up on these things, consciously and unconsciously (I'm one of those people).

We learn things from one another. Things that are important or things that aren't important. But I think it's important that we pass on what we know -- no matter what it is.

Why would you wish to appear more ignorant? You should be proud of the fact you can read and write a language properly, not ashamed. Good on you for paying attention in school.
