Has he gave you any signs that hes interested in u? Also how long are u'r parents fostering him for? I'd say if he's giving u signs and he's only gonne be staying short term then go for it. However if he's staying with u for ages then just be prepared that it could get awkward if it doesnt work out between u. Also u dont say how old u are - tell me. The other thing is that a lot is gonna depend if u want things to get sexual or not. If u do then its easy to get him interested in u. I've always thought the reason incest was frowned upon due to the small gene pool and likelihood of producing... a genetically fucked up child.
