So, 3 Weeks ago this girl followed me on instagram and hit my dm's, saying that she liked my looks and asked me for my number and my age. Heres where shit goes down.(in germany its legal for a 21 year old to have a sexual relationship with a 15 year old)i told her i was 18 and she told me she was 16 and will soon be 17. So why would she lie, right ? Wrong she lied. After 3 days of texting she tolm me that she really liked me and that she needs to tell me something. Well she told me she was 15. Judging by her pictures she could easily be 18. Through the whole texting i war really distant because i felt something wasnt right. She lives in a different city than i do like 20 miles distance, in the same city where my brothers live. She even goes to the same school as one of them. I found out that she was "stalking" me on social media for quite some time. She just told me Yesterday that she thinks she fell in love with me even before we started texting. Shes really sweet and ive been talking to all my friends about this, all of them were like "15 huh?" Wich is not really helpful. Even after she told me that she fell in love with me i am still distant but i wtite back. Even her mother knows by now since all she does is sit in her room listen to music and stare into the chatwindow because she changed the background to my face( im not handsome at all, im a bearded 6 foot 1 bear. I worked out allot until last year and i wanted to take a break for a year. I gained like 30 kilogramms thats like 60 pounds. My point is theres not much to see.)since all her friends are on vacation and were in the middle of summer hollidays.
All i can say here is sorry to every person that reads this for such a bad structure. And thank you in the same breath and all i can ask for is advice and help.

    Basically, this girl is too immature, dishonest, obsessive and mentally unstable for you.

    I wish I had taken German instead of Spanish last semester! I'm old enough to be your mother, but I started going back to college last semester. Spanish is usually kinda hard for me. I haven't had a German class in almost 25 or 30 years which is rather sad, and embarrassing. Ideally I wish I'd learned both German and Spanish. ... but enough about me.

    You sound like a very nice and decent young man. I hope you meet a much nicer girl. One must always be wary of people who lie, especially when they lie right from the start.

        Like I said, sorry about the confusion. And when I insult someone I usually refer to them in 1st person and not 3rd person :P. Yeah he is a nutcase, especially when I saw the long and drawn out rants that he (suckonthis) was spewing to another user, it just got to me.

    Good that you've now told her you're not going to proceed, even though I'm sure her tears and upset are genuine. Someone she believes she loves has rejected her, and that always hurts, even when the love is based on some idealized version of you that exists only in her head.

    I'm with RoseIsabella: this girl (and I mean GIRL) is very immature. In an older person, her "falling in love" with you based on a picture would be a sign of craziness. With her, she's (hopefully) still trying to work out who she is, how the world works and how she should deal with people. So I find that more understandable.

    If you were a less-decent human being, you obviously could have taken advantage of her immaturity and left her even sadder and more messed up than she is right now. Kudos to you for behaving like a responsible, caring adult.

    In the United States that would be an inappropriate age gap, I know ya'll are in Germany, and all that yada yada yada, but I couldn't help but to make mention of the age difference. Although it's legal in your country she's still too young, because she's she's obviously too immature.

    OKay, yes she lied to you which a shitty, and hella flaky thing to, but you lied to her as well. So technically ya'll are both liars which is not a good thing, not a good thing at all.

    If you were my son or nephew I would highly advice you to forget about this girl, because she's very immature and sounds kinda crazy. To be completely honest my first instinct is to run when I find out, or even suspect someone is stalking me online or in real life. Whether or not she has this stupid crush on you is immaterial when she's kinda crazy.

    Sorry, if my response is not what you were looking to hear. Just forget about this stupid child, and move on with your life. In the future do not lie about yourself to chicks, because if you hold yourself to a higher standard you will be more likely to hold others to a higher moral standard as well. Besides if you lie about yourself you'll be much more likely to forgive and forget when someone else lies to you, which isn't something you want to do. Don't tell lies, or associate with liars.

    Also, your English is better than most other non native English speakers as well as many native speakers. Hang in there dude.

        Oh shit, I think I may have inadvertently misread your post. I thought it said that you were 21, but told her you were 18. My apologies. I've been über tired as I haven't slept more than four hours in the past 24 hours.

        So then if you've completely honest with this girl from the very beginning, and she lied about her age from the start then it's better, because then the answer is even more crystal clear. She's an immature, young lady of poor character who is not worthy of your time, and emotions. A big part of life is taking that leap of faith in being straightforward and honest, but she's proven herself to be less than honest which is bad enough, but the fact that she's stalking you only makes things worse. She's probably pretty crazy. I wish I had a dollar for everytime some kid said he or she had this big crush, or was in love. True love is much more than that butterflies feeling that we all get when we see someone we're very attracted to despite what your little stalker says about her feelings. Surely you can meet someone better than this girl.

        I'm sorry for the mix up, about your age. I hope you can find someone intelligent with whom you have real compatibility and shared interests as well as a physical attraction.

          Ive read my lines like 20 times to find my error. But i couldve written it better , i understand you misreading it but wouldnt it be pretty crazy to lie and make me younger haha the way you read it i sound like a predator hahahah. Thanks for the honest opinion i called her and told her that this isnt a good idea since i dont like to be asshole i wanted to let her down easy without pain. She started crying and said that she is really sorry for lying and that i should give her a second chance(i hate myself). So yeah you get the idea.

            Your original post, and your English are fine. It was just a mistake on my part. I thought you were 21 for some reason, maybe because it was late when I read it, and I was sleep deprived.

            You did the right thing in breaking it off with this girl. I think it's normal that you felt bad, because she cried, but the truth is that you have done nothing wrong and have no reason to feel bad or hate yourself. I'm convinced that you're a good guy.

            I hope you meet a really nice girl who us worthy of your affections.

    Personally I don't think the age is an issue as long as her parents are ok with it. My dad married someone 14 years younger than him making her only 9 years older than me. My husband is 4 years older. I would however let her grow up a bit. she's probably a virgin, would u be comfortable taking that if she's a beautiful and sweet as u say? I say date her, but don't have sex with her until ur sure she can handle it mentally.
