Is it normal to cuddle my girlfriend's belly? (read description)

Hey. So, I'm a guy. My ex-gf was overweight with a big belly, and we'd cuddle in this weird way: I would lay between her legs, parallel to her, and rest my head on her belly, wrapping my arms around her waist while she played with my hair. I would sometimes "nuzzle"/push my head into her belly as well, and we both loved it. I know it's kind of normal for women to use a guy's stomach as a pillow, but what about the other way around?

I'm dating a new girl now - it's going great! But I really want to cuddle like this again.

Once we start cuddling, is this an okay thing to try?

    People like all sorts of things. I'm a guy, I love it when my S/O snuggles up against me from behind and holds me with her hands kept pulled way back several inches deep into the soft my stomach, like she's squeezing me in two. I love how tight she's holding my stomach in.

    This is more my thing than hers, but she's always been happy to do it because it's simple and it's cuddly and she knows how much I love getting my stomach held in extra tight that way. I just can't put into words how good it feels to me.

        Well you'd have to ask her that. It doesn't seem very extreme though so shed probably do it if shes comfortable with you enough
