Is it normal to cry randomly?

i always cry in weird situations, like when i dont even need to be crying and im not even sad i just cant control the tears. It's usually when i'm nervous and i just want to know why. i searched up all different types of disorders cause i know something has to be wrong i just dont know what. I also sleep/dream alot just so i can imagine the perfect life, i have a whole nother life and i feel like its real sometimes, like a secret world only i know about. i use it to get away from reality but then i wake up and it sucks. somebody help?!

You must just be under a lot of stress, and so i guess the smallest things are setting you off. I think you just need to find healthy ways of dealing with that, for me it's reading, painting and spending time with friends. Good luck! :)

Are you depressed? It's normal for a depressed person to cry a lot even with small things. But that's not to say its healthy to cry that much. Maybe there is a chemical imbalance in your brain. You should say something to your doctor of any one who has experience in mental health.

Its not healthy but depression is common. Please look into seeing someone about it. Also, think about what it is in your life that you're not happy about and what can be done to fix it. Things that seem to be unchangeable are rarely that way.

That kind of thing happens when you keep your feelings bottled up inside, they just pour out at the most unexpected moments. Also, you just might be sensitive. I'm the same, though I don't do anything about it. Talk to someone or learn to control yourself.
